Throughout the workshop, we will cover the essential skills and knowledge needed to succeed as a coach in today's competitive marketplace. In today's coaching industry, it's not enough to simply have coaching skills and expertise. Coaches also need to develop a strong personal brand that sets them apart from other coaches and build a solid marketing plan that attracts and converts clients. This workshop will teach you how to do just that.

On Day 1, we will focus on defining your brand. We will help you identify your unique brand identity, understand your target audience, create compelling marketing materials, and develop a strong online presence. By the end of Day 1, you will have a clear understanding of your brand and how to leverage it to grow your coaching business.

 On Day 2, we will focus on growing your business. We will teach you how to network effectively, generate leads, and convert leads into paying clients. You will also learn how to develop a pricing strategy and package offerings, establish a referral program, and sell consulting services to companies. By the end of Day 2, you will have a clear plan and the tools to take your coaching business to the next level.

Throughout the workshop, you will have the opportunity to learn from an experienced MCC coach who started his business from scratch and build 7 figure business, network with other participants, and engage in hands-on activities and exercises that will help you apply what you've learned to your own business.

Pedja Jovanović is ICF Master Certified Coach and Fellow Member Trainer. As professional trainer and coach Pedja Jovanovic has more than 1.000 training days of training and more than 3.000 hours of individual and team coaching. His clients are mostly executives, managers and high potentials of international companies.
